Although the focus of this blog is to share my DIY adventures…We couldn’t live this chaotic life of raising kiddos and chasing our dreams if I didn’t take care of myself first! Having energy, staying fit is how I have the motivation to keep going mentally. I’m seriously feeling the best that I have in years thanks to some minor diet changes, HIIT workouts and some amazing plant based products.
